Delete your Sayro account

You can delete your account at any time. It’s immediate, and it can’t be undone.

In the app or on the web

• In the Sayro app: Settings → Delete account.
• On sayro.in: sign in, then Settings → Delete account.

If you can’t sign in

Email sayro.team@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Write from the email address on your account. If you sign in with your phone number, include your username and that phone number. We’ll confirm it’s you before we delete anything, delete your account within 30 days of confirming, and reply when it’s done.

What’s deleted

Your profile, your username, every creation and its source photo, everything you shared, and every style you published. Your coin balance is lost too: coins can’t be refunded, moved or cashed out.

What’s kept

• Images other people made using your styles. They belong to those people, and stay until they delete them.
• Internal usage records, which other creators’ activity counts are calculated from. Your account identifier is removed from them, so they no longer identify you. We keep them indefinitely.
• Reports you filed, so we can act on them and detect repeat abuse. We delete them 1 year after your account is deleted.
• Purchase records. We’re required to keep them: they’re tax and accounting records of a sale, not your photos or creations. We keep them for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
