Common questions

• Coins. What a creation costs, refunds for failed creations, and what creators earn: How coins work. Coin packs are bought in the Sayro app; if one doesn’t arrive, open Get coins in the app and choose Missing coins?
• A creation failed. Its coins are refunded automatically. You can try again from Your creations.
• Someone or something isn’t okay. Use Report in the ⋯ menu on the creation, style or profile, and Block to stop seeing an account. Reports go to us.
• Your account. Change your profile and who sees your shared creations in Settings. To delete your account: Delete your account.
• Your data. To get a copy of your data, email us. See the Privacy policy.
